Confession of Sin (based on 1 Cor 12:1-14):

Heavenly Father, we confess that we have not used our gifts fully in service to our Lord Jesus. We have used our gifts to serve ourselves, rather than serving others. We have turned your gifts into a source of pride, rather than recognizing they come from the Holy Spirit. We have envied the gifts of others, rather than being thankful for them and seeing how they benefit the body. Forgive us, Father. Help us use the gifts you have given each of us in service to the whole body. We ask in Jesus’ name, Amen.
